We are looking for a Dynatrace Expert!

Responsabilities:

Dynatrace Implementation and Configuration:

• Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments.
• Customize monitoring settings to align with specific system requirements and performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

• Utilize Dynatrace tools to monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Analyse performance data to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Incident Detection and Resolution:

• Implement effective alerting and incident response mechanisms using Dynatrace.
• Work closely with the operations and development teams to resolve
  - related incidents promptly.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including operations, development, and infrastructure teams, to ensure a holistic approach to performance monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on
  - related insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the Dynatrace platform, including its components, architecture, and features.
• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions in diverse environments.
• Ability to design and implement effective performance monitoring strategies using Dynatrace.
• Skill in setting up custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor critical performance metrics.
• Understanding of various application architectures, frameworks, and programming languages.
• Familiarity with different infrastructure components, including servers, databases, networks, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Power
  Shell, or others for automating tasks related to Dynatrace configuration and optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) and their specific performance monitoring considerations.
• Ability to integrate Dynatrace with cloud services and leverage
  - native monitoring capabilities.
• Deploy and configure Open
  Telemetry agents and instrumentation across various components of our applications and infrastructure. (Plus)
• Ensure seamless integration with Dynatrace to enhance
  -
  - end visibility into distributed systems.
• Design and implement distributed tracing strategies using Open
  Telemetry to capture and analyse
  -
  - end transaction flows.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams to instrument applications for distributed tracing.
