What will be your role

We are looking a highly skilled Dynamics Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for a prestigious client in the energy sector. This role will be key in defining best practices, ensuring seamless integrations, and optimizing the Dynamics platform to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, providing expert guidance on architecture, customization, and performance optimization to ensure the best approach is taken for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Dynamics 365 expert, leading architectural decisions, solution designs, and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable,
  - performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into robust Dynamics solutions.
• Oversee integrations with external systems (e. g. , SAP, Azure services,
  - party APIs) ensuring data consistency and seamless connectivity.
• Establish governance frameworks for customization, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, evaluating new Dynamics 365 capabilities to drive innovation.

What should you bring to the team?

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including architecture, customization, and integrations.
• Expertise in designing scalable,
  - performance solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), F&O (Finance & Operations), or Business Central, depending on business needs.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and how it integrates with Dynamics.
• Experience in solution design, defining best practices, and ensuring governance within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and development teams to translate business needs into robust solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management, to extend Dynamics capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with data models, security roles, workflows, and custom plugins within Dynamics 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate, challenge, and optimize existing solutions.
• Experience leading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and best practice adoption.
• Ability to mentor teams, providing guidance on Dynamics 365 development, performance optimization, and system maintenance.
• Experience in Agile environments, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model at clients' offices in Lisbon;
