About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you’ll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers effectively: Respond to Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and helpful guidance.

What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).

- Tech-savviness and a quick learner when it comes to new tools and systems.
- Availability to start in February or March 2025.
