Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring
- quality service and solutions. This role is available on-site in Lisbon or fully remote, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Requirements:
Languages: Native Dutch speaker ; basic English
Education: A degree (of any kind) is required
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or BPO is a plus
Skills: Proficiency with PC and CRM systems, clear communication, and strong listening skills
Personal Attributes: Empathy, patience, a commercial mindset, flexibility (including evenings and weekends), and resilience under pressure
Bonus: Interest in the telecom sector is a plus!
