Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide product and service information to resolve customer questions and concerns. Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with a multicultural team to meet service goals.
Requirements
Native-level Dutch and fluent English skills. Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma. Valid EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal. Strong communication and
- solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different situations. Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a
- paced, dynamic environment.
