Requirements
About Your Responsibilities:As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you will utilize your skills to solve emerging problems accurately and efficiently and provide
- oriented advice to your customers. Given the dynamics of this job, you will be able to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace. Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email regarding various insurance topics
Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc. Documenting relevant case information in the internal ticketing system
Processing claims or canceling inquiries
Electronically archiving successfully completed cases
Reviewing and updating customer data or similar changes
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Responding appropriately to customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
Representing the company's values and maintaining a good reputation
