? What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Assisting customers with their questions via phone, email, or social media
✔ Guiding users through different topics across various projects
✔ Providing calm, friendly, and resourceful support – making every customer feel valued
✔ Connecting with different departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
? What You Need to Bring:
✅ Fluent Dutch speaker + at least a B1 level of English
✅ A passion for delivering great customer experiences ?
✅ Strong communication & active listening skills ?
✅ A positive, proactive, and energetic mindset ⚡
✅ A love for meeting new people & international experiences ?
✅ Already in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an exciting new chapter ✈

? Contract: Fixed-term (6-12 months) with renewal options
⏰ Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts (depends on the project)

➡ With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 040 gross/month
➡ Without accommodation: €1, 298 gross/month
? Training period pay: Almost fully covered (1-4 weeks depending on the project)
