Shift Information:
- Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (including night shifts)
- Two rotating days off per week
- Shifts cover mornings, afternoons, and evenings

- Dutch (C2 level minimum)
- English (Intermediate level preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This role offers the chance to work in the website technical solutions industry, assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their technical issues. Although prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not essential. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and interested in growing within the company.
In this role, you will provide remote assistance to customers, offering technical support for various website solutions. Your duties will include troubleshooting, guiding customers through technical problems, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to challenges will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer
- quality support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues related to website services - Troubleshoot and resolve problems with website setup, configuration, or performance
- Help customers navigate website tools, explaining features and assisting with problem resolution
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and
- ups - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high satisfaction
- Follow guidelines to troubleshoot, escalate, or resolve issues effectively
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments or
- level support - Provide feedback to management on recurring problems and potential improvements
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions, with necessary
- ups - Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection laws when handling sensitive customer data
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain composure and effectively manage customer expectations in

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level required)
- Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong
- solving skills and the ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues - Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of service remotely
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
- EU ID required for employment in Portugal
