Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our team. This vital role requires a proactive individual who can swiftly deploy to various client locations to deliver exceptional customer service support. Your ability to adapt quickly to different environments is crucial for maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service and support in both Dutch and English.
2. Respond to urgent customer needs by traveling to different locations across Europe with minimal notice.
3. Familiarize yourself quickly with individual client protocols and systems to optimize service delivery.
4. Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with
   - site teams to ensure a smooth transition and outstanding customer experiences.
6. Document service interactions and collect customer feedback for ongoing improvement efforts.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
3. Strong communication and
   - solving skills.
4. Willingness to travel frequently and be flexible with work hours.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
6. Team player with an independent work ethic.
7. Preferred experience in crisis management or
   - pressure customer support is a plus.
