What You Will Do:
- Attract and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, databases, and job fairs.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping new hires integrate successfully.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the selection process.
- Manage recruitment databases and reports to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and candidate database management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods, including hiring profiles, assessments, and interview techniques.
