Our client is an online marketplace operated in a number of countries, offering heavily discounted goods which are mostly shipped to consumers directly from China.

As a data annotation advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing and annotating data based on provided guidelines and criteria.
2. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation.
3. Identifying and resolving discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations.
4. Collaborating with team members to maintain
   - quality annotated datasets.
5. Adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.
6. Providing feedback on annotation guidelines and suggesting improvements.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
8. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

1. Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
2. Intermediate level of English (at least B2)
3. Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
4. Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies
5. A motivated and enthusiastic personality
6. Self-organized, planning, and prioritization skills
7. Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
8. Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
9. Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
10. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
11. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
12. Familiarity with ticketing systems
13. Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
14. Able to follow guidelines and instructions
15. Ability to think outside the box
16. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
17. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon or Porto)
