We are looking for people that can join a team of skilled Dutch Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone,
- mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in the field of telecommunications.

What will you get?

1. Monthly salary: 1870€
2. Meal allowance: 6. 41€/day
3. Hybrid working system (office and home office) or
   - remote (schedules will vary)
4. Rotating schedules 8h/day:

• Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 21:00
• Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00
• Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00

In case you do not live in Porto, you will be entitled to a Relocation Package, through which the company offers a stay for the 1st month and helps in finding a house/room for the future.
