Description

You will be answering to the Users of GPS Navigation Tool (E-mail and Inbound Calls) identifying the client's problem; troubleshooting with them to find the solution; documenting each action you take and categorizing cases and possible bugs, so that our client's engineering team to address them as a bunch
Provide general and technical support to customers who use any of our client's paid products
Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures

Requirements

Native level of Dutch and fluency in English
Excellent oral & written business communication skills
Experience in data center environment providing customer support, triaging & resolving issues
Ability/experience in handling technical/financial product support through all channels - Phone, Email and Chat Service oriented approach Good typing speed
Responsible, qualified to handle sensitive user info
Proven ability with working under a metrics driven environment inclusive of CSAT and case resolution times
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite Ability to work in a multicultural environment, and as a part of dynamic
- functional teams. Attention to details. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
