We are looking for Dutch Customer Service Associates to work for an
- shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening, and DIY.

Pack your bags for Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do:

Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer
Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats
Handle inquiries about product orders, payments, and deliveries, as well as customer complaints
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Native/near-native level in Dutch
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Exceptional
- solving skills and ability to respond to different types of characters
Adaptive skills and team spirit
European citizenship or work permit for Greece
Monthly salary: 1300€ gross
150€ Monthly Performance Bonus
14 salaries per year

Full-time job (5 working days per week, 8-hour shifts)
