DSP Solution Architect

The IT Solution Architect provides system architecture and design specifications to support business and operating models and other architectural or security aspects. Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint, recommendations, and solution implementation.

The Supply Chain DSP team at Nokia plays a crucial role in providing IT solutions for Demand Supply Planning across all Business Groups. With a focus on solving problems and addressing the needs of our stakeholders, we work towards developing effective solutions that help business to succeed. As a Solution Architect for DSP (KINAXIS Rapid
Response), your responsibility will be to oversee the functions and structure of our Supply Chain Planning Applications, ensuring they align with global architectures and comply with IT regulations.

In this Solution Architect role at Nokia, you will be part of a multinational team that creates the future Demand Supply Planning Platform based on Kinaxis Rapid
Response for all Nokia Business Groups, globally. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced team and gain a lot of learning opportunities during project implementation and Kinaxis Continuous Learning Services.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Main responsibility areas:

1. Defines, documents, and maintains solution architecture and design to continuously meet and satisfy customer requirements using industry best practice. This includes analyzing technical
   - offs, determining data components subsystems, and identifying interfaces.
2. Manages complex assignments independently consulting with key stakeholders across business units to coordinate solution definition following business processes.
3. Defines and manages detailed architectural requirements for solution design and build work during delivery phase of projects. Ensures deployment of the defined solution architecture, capabilities, tools, and techniques per specification.
4. Leads and guides work of development team to implement the specified technical solution design while supporting business and operating models and other architectural, compliance, regulatory, or security aspects.
5. Assures solution aligns with Enterprise Architecture strategy and principles by partnering with EA and business on solution design.
6. Assumes lead role when external suppliers and partners are involved in the solution. Presents solution architecture & design to stakeholders for verification and makes required adaptations. Acts as permanent consultant in respective domain area.
7. Determine approach for system and data migration from legacy to
   -
   - art ERP system.
8. Create solution designs including (not exhaustive):
1. Interface definition & setup
2. Consult in application design and overall user experience
3. Component Integration Model
4. Non-functional Requirements
5. Logical data model
6. System technical design
7. Lifecycle strategy and management of application and functions
8. Automation and robotics capabilities

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 4-10 years of work experience, preferably in the Supply Chain Area and Kinaxis Rapid
   Response.
2. Strong functional competencies on demand supply planning.
3. Excellent technical application knowledge and configuration skills of Kinaxis Rapid Response Platform.
4. Kinaxis Certificates.
5. Broad expertise and technical knowledge across planning applications, with an understanding of
   -
   - end capabilities.
6. Understanding of interfaces and deep knowledge of integration capabilities of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
7. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
