We are currently seeking Document Support Specialists (f/m/d) to join our client’s dynamic team in Porto.

1. Full-time contract with Kelly.
2. Competitive salary (gross amount of 1285€), along with other benefits.

Workplace: Home-based

Note: You may be required to attend the office for specific situations; the office is situated in Porto.

Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one Saturday every two weeks.

1. Collaborate closely with our reputable brand and sales team to assist sellers and dealers in the buying and selling process.
2. Conduct documentation analysis for sales processes.
3. Engage in active communication with sellers and buyers through various channels, including telephone, email, and online support systems.
4. Handle other administrative tasks as required.

1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
2. Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
3. Proven experience in client and process management.
4. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
6. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
7. Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
