We are seeking a
- driven Display Advertising Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic product advertising initiatives. This role will leverage expertise in platforms like Criteo, RTB House, DV360 (Display & Video 360), and Ad
Roll to design, execute, and optimize
- driven display campaigns. The ideal candidate will specialize in dynamic product catalog marketing, using
- time data to deliver personalized ad experiences that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with
- functional teams to align campaigns with business goals, analyze performance metrics, and innovate strategies to maximize ROI.
What you will be doing:
- Campaign Management:
- Design, launch, and optimize display advertising campaigns across Criteo, RTB House, DV360 and other DSPs.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Dynamic Product Ads (DPA):
- Manage and refine dynamic product catalogs to ensure accurate,
- time synchronization with inventory and customer behavior. - In charge of our display marketing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to generate and manage the diverse feeds necessary for the DPA.
- Create personalized ad experiences using product feeds, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Manage and refine dynamic product catalogs to ensure accurate,
- Platform Expertise:
- Serve as the
- matter expert for Criteo, RTB House, DV360 staying updated on platform updates and best practices. - Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, or integration issues (Tag Manager, pixel implementation, match rate).
- Serve as the
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.
- Generate actionable insights and present recommendations to key team and stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms to meet ROI targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with acquisition, creative, product, and sales teams to align ad messaging with brand guidelines and promotions.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless catalog feed integration and data accuracy.
- Industry Innovation:
- Stay ahead of trends in programmatic advertising, AI-driven bidding, and dynamic creative optimization.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications:
- 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on display advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Criteo, RTB House, DV360 or Ad
Roll. - Proven success in dynamic product catalog management and product feed management for display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Strong

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in
- commerce and recruiting industry. - Knowledge of additional platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Good familiarity with HTML/CSS/Java
Script for ad creative troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of attribution models.
- Certifications in Google DV360, Google Ads, Criteo.
