Our client is a global startup, with offices in Tel-Aviv, New-York, London, and Lisbon. We’re growing and looking for another important piece of the puzzle.

We're hiring a Director of Integration Engineering to lead the seamless integration of systems, processes, and operations across our customers. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and management of multiple cloud implementations for Saa
S customers.

You will manage a team of 6-8 Integration Engineers in Lisbon.

As a key member of our Operations, you will work closely with DEV groups and directly with customers to ensure the availability, security and reliability of cloud deployments, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production Saa
S environments. This position is based in Lisbon and we operate on a hybrid model (2 days at the office/3 days remote).

Salary: €70k-€85k/year

Location: Lisbon (2x/week at the office)

What you’ll do:

• Manage a team of 6-8 Integration Engineers.
• Provision of customer infrastructure and software over the cloud and
  - prem environments.
• Full configuration of our platform including database configuration, data flow configuration, reports and features activation.
• E2E integration with external data sources.
• Post-deployment and upgrade sanity and verification.
• Create and demonstrate technical documents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in integration management or a related role in the financial services or enterprise software.
• Strong process orientation and planning capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on
  - driven
  - making.
• Familiarity with
  - based technologies and systems management (K8S, Open
  Search).
• Experience working with Observability tools.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Commitment to driving quality, innovation, and excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
