2. You have +12 years of experience in financial services, banking, audit, related fields.
3. You have +7 years of management experience, including building and leading
   - performing teams.
4. You are proactive,
   - reliant, and have a
   - on work mentality who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through
   - depth knowledge.
5. You are a
   - efficient collaborator with stakeholders (Commercial and Operations teams).
6. You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
7. You are a great communicator with effective presentation skills that convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
