DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a visionary director to lead all our web development efforts, based out of Porto. This role is perfect for an experienced leader who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences across web tools and native applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and driving innovation in our
- end solutions, working closely with talented teams across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision for the area and inspire the teams to achieve excellence while staying aligned with business goals.
2. Hands-on Development: Contribute directly to the web and native application development as needed, ensuring code quality and seamless user experiences.
3. Tool Integration & Optimization: Optimize and integrate
   - party tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
4. Team Management: Mentor and develop team members while managing hiring and performance processes to build a strong group.
5. Project Oversight: Oversee the
   - end development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of
   - quality solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
6. User Behavior Analysis: Implement and utilize tools to measure and track user behavior, collecting actionable data to inform design and functionality decisions.
7. Privacy & Data Management: Ensure data collection and usage complies with privacy standards and regulations.
8. A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize features and user experiences based on
   - driven insights.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications

1. 5-10 years of experience in managing
   - end or software development teams.
2. Deep expertise in
   - end development, including Java
   Script, React, and associated frameworks.
3. Proven experience developing native applications and web tools.
4. Strong understanding of user interface design principles, performance optimization, and data analysis tools.
5. Familiarity with integrating
   - party platforms and tools.
6. Knowledge of privacy regulations (e. g. , GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data management.
7. Proficiency in designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks.
8. Solid foundation in software development best practices and agile methodologies.
