Fintech Solutions is the advisory arm of Portugal Fintech and is focused on supporting mature players to develop new digital financial services. As an innovation agency, Fintech Solutions does product development, creating seamless journeys and fostering collaboration with fintechs.

About the Position:

Fintech Solutions works with mature players to develop innovative financial services and digital channels. As Director and Project Manager, your role will include the following responsibilities:

1. Conduct commercial activity, identifying potential projects, elaborating proposals, and negotiating deals;
2. Project management and execution of the activities proposed in the projects;
3. Conduct CX research to identify improvement opportunities;
4. Support clients executing proofs of concept and testing new solutions;
5. Conduct innovation initiatives such as workshops and hackathons;
6. Collaborate with the Fintech House and support the growth of its fintechs;

Experience and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Management, Engineering, Data) or equivalent practical experience;
2. 4 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in the fintech space, consulting, or financial sector;
3. Commercial drive with capacity to identify opportunities and elaborate proposals;
4. Passion for startups and technology and exposure to the entrepreneurial ecosystem;
5. Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible with an ability to handle a
   - paced and entrepreneurial environment;
6. Creative thinker who is results and
   - oriented, proactive, and autonomous;
7. Excellent communication skills and creative
   - solving skills;
