Mission

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant of Digital Transformation with a strong technological background to join our team. You will join our Business Consulting team, where your technical expertise will be highly valued and play a key role in delivering impactful solutions.

As a Senior Consultant of Digital Transformation, you will collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop tailored strategies to meet their business goals. You will conceptualize and optimize digital solutions that drive value. You will work with
- functional teams to architect
- edge technologies, such as cloud solutions, process automation, and AI, ensuring seamless integration into client environments. By championing organizational change, you will foster the adoption of new tools and processes, empowering clients to embrace innovation.

Staying ahead of trends, you will continuously explore emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance client outcomes and deliver sustainable success.

This is a hybrid job based in Lisbon.

Perfil

Required qualifications

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
2. 5+ years in consulting, IT, or a related field, with a focus on digital transformation or technology integration.
3. Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or similar technical roles.
4. Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
5. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and
   - disciplinary teams.
7. Portuguese native speaker and English proficiency.
8. TOGAF knowledge and certification.
9. Technical certifications.
10. Understanding of data visualization tools and automation technologies.
