What you will do:

As a Digital Technical Engineer, you will have the technical responsibility of our implementations of PIM, as well as the related integrations. You will be in daily
- up meetings with the PIM Product Owner and developers to secure continuous development and daily interaction with users and stakeholders of the system to secure daily operations. You will work closely with the full Smart Portal team and the extended Digital Sales & Marketing team to ensure that the improvements of the applications are aligned with the application roadmaps and strategies of related teams and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Technical responsibility of the PIM application
• Analyze and validate both technical and functional change requests
• Specify requirements for development of In
  River PIM and needs from related integrations
• Specification of user stories for development of In
  River PIM. To test, validate and coordinate releases of user stories, system improvements, and changes
• End user support
• Monitor error logs, troubleshoot and root cause analysis
• System administration, user access
• Participate in prioritized projects within Smart Portal

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• Deep technical knowledge of In
  River PIM
• Knowledge of
  - commerce platforms such as Intershop
• Analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of system administration
• Software requirements management
• Release management
• End user system training and support
• Good understanding of modern technology enabling
  - class digital customer experience
• Knowledge of best practices related to PIM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Agile development methodologies
