Job Description

As a Digital Strategy HR Trainee, you will support our HR Digital Strategy and Experts team. You will have a crucial role in HR digitalization, impacting global HR processes and communicating with different stakeholders to implement our digital strategy for HR on a global scale.

In your new role, you will:

1. Assist the Head of HR Digital in preparing clear communication for management meetings, and organizing communication materials for HR
2. Support in the preparation of the HR Digital strategy and roadmap
3. Support our team of digital experts in tool evaluation and project preparation
4. Perform ad-hoc support on the team’s daily tasks and operational activities
5. Work closely with our HR organization and with different stakeholders for meetings and project deployments

Your Profile

You have a proactive, structured, and autonomous working style. You have an excellent team spirit and a creative mindset. You possess great communication skills and are an artist when it comes to stakeholder management. You can think and act strategically and like to work on new concepts, where you can apply your technical knowledge, as well as your understanding of HR processes.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field
2. An affinity for HR Technology
3. Experience with HR processes is a clear advantage
4. An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
   Point
5. Phenomenal communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
