Your mission, roles and responsibilities:
- Propose tools using all digital resources (Palantir, ISO, etc. ) to support P&T centers' efficiency.
- Write specifications, lead associated developers, and/or develop the tool from scratch.
- Develop the tools.
- Once the tool is available, prepare a deployment plan and provide training.
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in the procurement process across all different MPTS platforms.
- Write specifications using user feedback and workshops.
- Track development and support deployment as well as tool implementation.
- Identify and implement KPIs.
Your profile and competencies to succeed:
- Strong experience in process management in the procurement field.
- Recognized leadership within FORVIA (~5 years seniority).
- Expertise in SAP, procurement processes, and supplier or
- party management software. - Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Experience in negotiating (technical discussions) with external vendors (IT).
- Network animation, coaching/training, and influencing/persuasion skills.
- Developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate primarily internally.
- Fluent in English: written and spoken.
