Responsibilities:

Develop the analytics and data platform vision and roadmap for the business, while ensuring
-
- day delivery and performance.
Develop the strategy for collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data for all departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience.
Develop a data culture and community across the organization to share best practices, champion the use of data, and continuously improve our focus on outcomes and user experience.
Build strong relationships with and educate team leaders on how to use data in their environments and leverage insights to drive improved business outcomes.
Partner with teams to track market trends, user behavior, and business performance through the development of dashboards, hypotheses, and related experiments.
Support the development and collection of both qualitative and quantitative insights.

Requirements:

2+ years of related work experience.
Degree in Marketing & Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or a related technical field.
Expert experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager required – analysis and implementation.
Experience with Data Layer configurations (Enhanced
- commerce
- up, events, etc. ).
Experience with creating effective data visualizations with Google Looker Studio (Power BI and other tools are a plus).
Technical expertise in data models and database design and development.
Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Big Query, and Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to understand and analyze data sets required for machine learning and AI algorithms is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with A/B Testing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, able to work with people at all levels inside and outside the company and explain findings.
