The purpose of this job is to source, manage, and optimise digital media content, including image sourcing, shoot production, and performance analysis, within the context of TUI Musement branding, image tone guidelines, and the Digital Media Strategy for FY25, so that the organisation can deliver
- leading content, enhance customer engagement, and embrace innovative technologies to achieve strategic objectives.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Source images for both BAU and ad hoc strategic projects, ensuring strong alignment with TUI Musement branding and image tone guidelines.
- Support the Digital Media Team Manager in implementing the Digital Media Strategy for FY25, working with stakeholders to further our objectives and embracing new technologies, such as AI.
- Support with the
- up and organization of shoot production, including booking locations and coordinating with suppliers, freelance photographers, models, and other staff members. - Analyse performance data for media across all channels to support a strategic plan and ensure we are offering our customers the best content as market leaders.
ABOUT YOU
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) is essential.
- Experience,
- depth knowledge, and passion for digital & content marketing. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. ) would be a bonus.
- Proven experience in analysing image performance.
- Good Excel ability to efficiently and accurately perform tasks such as organising and analysing data, creating charts and graphs, and using formulas and functions to automate calculations.
- Shows readiness to work in an agile environment collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise them effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
