Digital Media Consultant with German & English for Santos/Portugal! FULL Accommodation & Relocation Support

Location: Portugal

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Monday – Sunday | 09:00 – 23:00

Contract: Unfixed-term contract

Probation Period: 30 days

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage inbound/outbound calls, chats, and messages with professionalism and empathy, including handling urgent situations.
2. Apply company policies and ensure
   - notch customer satisfaction.
3. Take ownership of user inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
4. Investigate and escalate urgent or sensitive matters.
5. Address
   - related cases with
   - informed approaches.
6. Provide exceptional service for Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and Experience Liability Insurance claims.
7. Suggest process improvements and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.

What You Need:

1. 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc. ).
2. Experience in estimating losses for automobiles, watercraft, or property damage.
3. Excellent communication,
   - solving, and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Gross Monthly Salary: €870

Language Complement: €50

Role Complement: €200

Loyalty Bonus: €300 (every 3 months)

Signing Bonus: €1, 000 (€500 in the 2nd month + €500 in the 3rd month)

Meal Allowance: €7. 17 per worked day

Holiday Bonus: €91. 67

Christmas Bonus: €91. 67

Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 4th full month of production, subject to terms and conditions)

Medical & Dental Insurance: Included after 6 months of contract

Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law)

Public Holidays: Compensation for working on Portuguese public holidays as per local regulations

Relocation Package:

1. Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months, upon submitting ticket evidence)
2. Up to €360/month for accommodation (for the first 3 months, reimbursed monthly)
3. Personalized accommodation assistance (temporary & permanent options available based on your needs)

1. Criminal Record (Home/National)
2. Reference Letters (covering last 3 years of employment)
3. High School Diploma / University Degree (if applicable)
4. Identification (Passport or Citizen Card)
5. Social Security Number (National and/or Portuguese)
6. Proof of Address (National and/or Portuguese)
7. Portuguese Tax Number (NIF)
8. Portuguese Bank Account Details (NIB)

Start Date: Contract begins on the first day of training (fully paid by our client).
