Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rovo, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, display advertising, and website optimization. Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Adjust digital marketing strategies as needed based on performance insights, segmentation data, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain Rovo Group website and social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Continuously review and refine brand messaging to maintain consistency across digital channels.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
- Identify industry trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Evaluate key website metrics, including traffic, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Sales and Administration teams to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to achieve digital marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

- specific communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance Rovo’s external image. - Provide internal teams with brand guidelines and marketing support to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, internal communications, and market research.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Ability to analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data insights.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Hub
Spot. - Familiarity with
- commerce platforms like Shopify. - Strategic thinking with a proactive and autonomous work style.
