We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance, who is
- driven and highly analytical, with
- on experience in paid media platforms and a strong ability to maximize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid channels, including Meta, Google, and Linked
  In Ads.
• Use data and KPIs to track progress, generate actionable insights, and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Plan and execute
  - impact paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Continuously conduct A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop performance reports tailored to different stakeholders.
• Create and manage Content Marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with paid campaigns.
• Develop and implement Email Marketing campaigns, including automation for lead nurturing and conversion improvement.
• Work with marketing automation tools to optimize campaign flows and segmentation.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
• Proven track record in managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and Linked
  In Ads (other platforms are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different brands simultaneously.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Hybrid work model – 2 days
  - office (Seixal) per week.
• Company-provided Mac
