Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a winning
  - commerce strategy across various sales channels.
• Use data and KPIs to track progress and generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  - functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Plan and run impactful marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
• Stay ahead of content marketing and
  - commerce trends to drive engagement.
• Experiment, test, and optimize to improve conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong emphasis on
  - commerce.
• Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proven experience with
  - commerce platforms.
• Experience in search engine optimization (SEO).
• Strong knowledge in
  - commerce strategy and data analysis, turning data into action.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
