ABOUT THE JOB

• Manage the Learning Management System effectively (Success Factors) to make learning and tracking possible for colleagues and key stakeholders. This involves providing reports on key initiatives.
• Identify learning and development (L&D) needs by working closely with international subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver digital learning solutions that are aesthetically pleasing and fit the needs of how people learn, such as videos, animations,
  - learning, performance support, sites, and online scenarios.
• Collaborate with peers across People Development & Culture, engaging with team members of diverse backgrounds and expertise to deliver on key projects.
• Seek out
  - edge solutions and analyze the best way to deploy them for strategic projects that support the business and operations.
• Evaluate effectiveness and impact, and seek ways to improve performance through your digital learning solutions by adopting a
  - led approach and effectively reporting data for the People Development & Culture function.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience using
  - learning authoring tools autonomously (Articulate Storyline and Rise).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc. ) and other design software to work with and edit digital assets.
• Experience working in the Learning & Development function.
• Strong knowledge in Instructional Design with an understanding of how people learn.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal; any additional language is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly present ideas to an audience.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, specifically SAP Success Factors.
• Intellectually curious with a demonstrated history of frequent learning.
