About the Job
Can you imagine working with over 1100 employees in Portugal, with 8000 employees worldwide and keeping up with the technological transformation on a daily basis? ! We are looking for a Digital Business & Products Consultant.

We will rely on you to:
- Experience in Management Consulting
- Connect with different stakeholders to understand the scope of work to be done
- Gather, validate and document business requirements and other assets that allow to understand the complexity of work to be done
- Model business processes to map and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Create functional and technical specifications for solutions
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team (especially for
- technical teams) - Develop User Stories and interact with the Scrum Master to prioritize the backlog
- Help and engage in scrum ceremonies (Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Grooming and Daily’s)
- Support the implementation and testing of solutions
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to support business transition and help establish change
