The challenge
The Digital Sales team is looking for someone who is excited by working on an
- level marketing technology stack, with a focus on implementing tracking pixels, following and defining new best practices.
As an exceptional Implementation Specialist, you will help the team to report accurate data and define advanced optimization and targeting scenarios with the broader Squad Leads of Sunrise’s Digital Sales department. You will be able to use your business acumen, web/app analytics expertise and communication skills to identify and quantify opportunities for initiatives, as well as report on progress and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and build relevant tracking plans.
- Own Data
Layer implementation, steer developers and quality check work delivered, both on web properties and apps. - Manage Tag Manager
- up for both Client-side and Server-side use cases. - Manage data flow and quality into reporting tools.
- Monitor website traffic and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics.
- Develop insights and recommendations to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Create scalable visualizations and reporting solutions that are actionable and drive business decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of onsite (web and app) data.
- Identify root causes, trends, and patterns in data to inform
- impact decisions. - Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.
- Build documentation and training to help stakeholders

- skill on topics related to web analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics; or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably with a focus on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Experience in implementing SDKs in both web and app contexts.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools; Google Analytics and Looker a plus.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and experiments to improve website performance and user engagement a plus.
- Excellent analytical and business skills and experience in refining solutions jointly with stakeholders.
- Extraordinary motivation and ability to plan and deliver projects reliably in a
- paced environment. - Fluency in written and oral English.
