What will be your role
In this role, you will act as a Digital Acceleration Consultant, managing the Digital Quick
Wins product and playing a key role in driving digital transformation in our client in the energy sector. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business units to identify and implement innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational needs by:
- Leading the development and execution of digital initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote collaboration across platforms and geographies.
- Identifying digital opportunities and challenges within the business and proposing impactful, scalable solutions.
- Gathering and analyzing detailed project requirements and transforming them into clear and actionable briefings.
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, including partner selection, proposal analysis, meeting scheduling, and ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Using tools like Power BI and Jira to continuously monitor and report on the Digital Quick
Wins pipeline, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Resolving challenges as they arise and providing clear communication to both technical and
- technical audiences. - Challenging feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them
- Participating and contributing to other
- wide initiatives

What should you bring to the team
To thrive in this role and contribute meaningfully to the team, you should bring:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, ideally in digital transformation contexts.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management (or related fields).
- Familiarity and
- on experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and collaboration platforms. - Experience with design thinking methodology and a passion for
- creating
- centric solutions. - Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge in the energy sector is highly valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- A focus on the result (and not on the task)
- Available to work in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite at the client's offices in Lisbon
- Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way
