Cegid is seeking a Dialogflow Developer / Tool Manager to lead the deployment and management of conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, with experience in integrating and maintaining AI solutions, and will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of AI-driven projects.

As a Dialogflow Developer you will:

1. Deployment and Configuration:
   • Deploy conversational solutions using Dialogflow CX, manage configurations including entities, flows, and routes.
2. Integration:
   • Integrate the solution with various systems using APIs, webhooks, and datastores, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
3. Testing and Metrics:
   • Create and maintain test campaigns, establish and maintain metrics and supervision to monitor performance and effectiveness.
4. AI Knowledge:
   • Utilize knowledge of Contact center AI / Vertex AI components and their interconnections to enhance solution capabilities.
5. Maintenance and Operations:
   • Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation (MCO) of the solution, addressing incidents and requests as they arise.
6. Language Proficiency:
   • Utilize languages such as Prompt IA, NLP, Python, JSON, and XML for development and configuration tasks.
7. Architecture and Modeling:
   • Model agents and associated Paa
     S, ensure data consistency and volume management.
8. Platform Management:
   • Participate in governance and steering committees (Copil, CSO), manage relationships with software editors and partners and users, ensure best practices in AI Dialogflow and Cloud (GCP) are implemented.
