We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dev
Sec
Ops Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting
- scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems. You will drive the maturity of our solution delivery processes and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them execute tasks effectively. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance internal R&D platform engineering tools, including CI/CD platforms, labs, and other critical infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot
  - scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Solution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
• Team Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring
  - quality execution.
• Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e. g. , Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong
  - on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Argo
  CD/Git
  Ops, and CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and Jenkins.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions to address engineering challenges.
• Task Management: Capable of breaking down complex projects into deliverable chunks and guiding teams to successful task completion.

Desired Experience:

• Extensive experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes-based systems at scale.
• Proven track record of enhancing Dev
  Sec
  Ops processes and solution delivery maturity.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading teams on technical projects.
• Strong understanding of version control using Git.
