First Who:

• Minimum 6+ years of
  - on experience in Dev
  Sec
  Ops, Cloud Security, or CI/CD automation.
• Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows environments.
• Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open
  Shift).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, versioning (Git
  Lab CI/CD, Jenkins), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of security protocols (LDAP, Firewalls, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, Kerberos).
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Power BI).
• Fluency in English is essential.

Then What:

• Security & Compliance: Embed Dev
  Sec
  Ops best practices across development, deployment, and cloud environments.
• Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Implement Terraform, Open
  Shift, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployment.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability using AI-based monitoring tools.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with development teams to enhance security, scalability, and performance.
• Incident & Change Management: Oversee production incidents and coordinate technical operations (server maintenance, disaster recovery).
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize infrastructure and identify areas for process automation.
