Job Description:

m-tech1 is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dev
Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Dev
Ops Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our customer's Dev
Ops infrastructure and processes. You will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our applications and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to the growth and success of a

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust Dev
   Ops infrastructure to support our software development lifecycle and production systems.
2. Collaborate with software engineers and architects to develop effective and efficient deployment pipelines.
3. Automate and streamline the build, test, and release processes.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
5. Implement best practices for infrastructure security, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring.
6. Conduct regular system performance evaluations and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of Dev
   Ops best practices.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Dev
   Ops and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Dev
   Ops Engineer, Systems Engineer or a similar role.
3. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet and Ia
   C as Terraform.
5. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git
   Lab CI/CD, or Git
   Hub Actions.
7. Deep understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration.
8. Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
9. Excellent
   - solving and troubleshooting skills.
10. Availability to travel to customer sites.
11. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and
    - driven approach.
12. Living already in Portalegre, Portugal or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Dev
   Ops Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
2. Experience with
   -
   - code tools like Terraform or Cloud
   Formation.
3. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
4. Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and/or No
   SQL).
