Ops Engineer
MAIN TASKS:Collaborate on IT projects as an expert in technologies and products, particularly in the context of architecture definition. Participate in
- value technical production actions related to incidents, problems, and changes. Contribute to the sustainability of the information system while ensuring the expected levels of quality and cost and managing risks. Participate in opportunity studies related to their field of technological expertise , providing detailed analysis and contributing product knowledge to the development of associated projects. Monitor and coordinate technical operations and changes , such as electrical shutdowns and server migrations. Write and review technical instructions. Document the components and operation of applications , including software architecture , technical architecture , procedures, and monitoring requirements. Produce new versions of applications and manage treatment scheduling. Oversee the commissioning of new application versions in collaboration with development and maintenance teams, as well as technical teams such as system engineers, database teams, and network teams. Participate in resolving production incidents. YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :At least 3 years of background in Infrastructure/Network/Security/Software/System. Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix environments. Experience with industrial scheduling tools like BMC/Control-M (preferred). Expertise in scripting languages such as Shell (KSH) and Power
Shell. Proficiency with databases, particularly Oracle. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins , Jira , and Confluence. Knowledge of Micro Focus CSA (HCM). Proficiency in Python for automation and script development. Ability to work with complex production systems , including supporting and evolving applications. Strong collaboration skills with various technical teams to ensure proper implementation of changes and efficient issue resolution. The role requires flexible working hours (06:30 to 19:30) and participation in an
