We are looking for a Dev
Ops Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team!
Your Tasks:
- In your role, you are the primary contact for customers regarding technical inquiries related to our software. This includes the automation and execution of build and deployment processes, as well as hosting on Amazon Cloud.
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of parts of the overall system.
- You develop efficient strategies for the deployment and operation of our software systems in collaboration with our development teams.
- You are responsible for technology and processes of our application monitoring.
- You identify and resolve operational issues.
- You conduct customer training sessions.
The ideal profile:
- Successfully completed IT training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) (system integration or application development) or a degree in computer science, or extensive experience.
- Experience in administration, orchestration, and handling of toolchains.
- Proficient in working with the Linux operating system.
- Knowledge in Linux and networks is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud computing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with container technologies (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in shell scripting.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Independent and meticulous work style.
- Strong service mentality, good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a
- on mentality. - Fluent English skills, knowledge of another foreign language (such as French, Swedish) is advantageous.
