Your role

We are looking for a Dev
Ops Engineer (f/m) for the newly founded Quality Assurance team as part of SAP’s Sovereign Cloud Organization. With the buildout of new Sovereign Cloud regions, you will be taking part in laying the foundation towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry.

You will be responsible for the technical validation of multitenant solutions in our
- production landscape.

What you'll do

1. Initial build and implementation of SAP Solutions on Sovereign Cloud
   - production environment
2. Technical validation of deployment processes and implementation documentation
3. Working with appropriate complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape provisioning
4. Partner with product development team to design and enhance the services
5. Work in a diverse environment and
   - train with other global team members

What you bring

Must have

1. Desire and ability to work independently on complex issues, as well as collaborate efficiently with experts across different time zones to anticipate issues that impact customer success
2. Expertise with Git
   Lab
3. Familiar with Terraform and Ansible
4. Expertise with Linux, SUSE
5. Debugging/Troubleshooting skills
6. Ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines and changing priorities
7. Excellent communication and prioritization skills
8. Willingness to learn
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
10. Must be a NATO-country citizen

Nice to have

1. Hashicorp Vault, Argo CD, Git
   Ops
2. Experience with CI/CD
3. Experience with Cloud Computing and Databases (e. g. , AWS Route 53, EC2, S3, Cloud
   Watch, Dynamo
   DB, RDS, IAM, ACM, KMS, VP or strong knowledge in Azure services)
4. Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Python, BASH scripting
5. Experience with building, implementing, and/or supporting multitenant solutions
