Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Join our international team in the Competence Center Software and Services as we drive the digital transformation of buildings through innovative Io
T services under the "NEXOSPACE" brand. We are looking for a skilled Dev
Ops Engineer to contribute to the growth of our digital portfolio, impacting both external and internal customers.

Experience and
- how

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure as code.
• Building and setting up cloud network infrastructure (private links, private networks, VPNs etc. ).
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Build creation for CI/CD pipelines
  • We require some experience with definition of pipelines and triggering them.
  • Ideally, experience with Azure Dev
    Ops pipelines or Git
    Hub Actions.
  • Ideally, experience with Bicep templates and/or Pulumi.
• Monitoring of cloud services
  • We require some experience with setting up HTTP heath status checks
  • We require somebody who can read security advisories and act accordingly.
  • We require knowledge about triggering alerts based on logs and metrics.
  • Assist in case of incidents by screening logs and assessing other health indicators.
  • Ideally, experience with Azure tools such as App
    Insights, Azure Security Center and Kusto.
• Deployment
  • We require basic knowledge about Kubernetes deployments
  • We require experience with deploying Java web services.
  • Basic knowledge about ensuring Docker images and their deployment to Kubernetes are securely done is a requirement.
  • Ideally experience with Azure Kubernetes Service.
• We require basic knowledge in shell scripting for Linux systems.
• Ideally, experience with scripting in Type
  Script.
• Ideally, some knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
