Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve the support process through the implementation of automation tools.
2. Monitor software management using automation tools to ensure optimal system performance.
3. Manage infrastructure with tools like Ansible and Terraform.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
2. Experience:
   1. Experience with Azure is preferred.
   2. Strong knowledge of monitoring software and automation tools.
   3. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
      Hub and Git
      Lab.
   4. Experience with scripting in Bash and Python.
3. Availability: Must be available to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
4. Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
