Job Description

Responsibilities - your mission:

1. Modeling of Processes and Applying of standards, processes and norms based on EN9145 (APQP) and others for the Airbus Aerostructures development and factory topics.
2. Ensuring uniform application of APQP guidelines, methods, processes (standards, procedures and norms) for development and industrialization projects in the central functions (VSM, Engineering, ME) and the plants.
3. Support of improvement processes from internal / external and customer complaints.
4. Application of quality management methods e. g. PPS, 9S, FMEA, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa and Benchmarking etc.
5. APQP Process Support and coaching for the project/program leaders following EN 9145 and related standards.
6. Facilitate the application of Airbus Aerostructures Gmb
   H quality processes to meet customer and statutory requirements for the designated project/program.
7. Experienced in designing and modeling of processes e. g. with the Software ARIS.

1. A diploma/master's degree in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification acquired in another way.
2. Several years of professional experience in development quality and/or in quality management.
3. Experienced in modeling of processes.
4. Application of quality management methods e. g. PPS, 9S, FMEA, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.
5. Preferred: APQP Champion or Master qualification.
6. Analytical and systematic way of working.
7. Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management as well as high resilience and assertiveness.
8. Team & communication skills.
9. Accurate work ethic.
10. Business fluent English (German desirable).
11. Experience in MS Office and G Suite.
12. Willingness to travel.
