- on project execution skills.

This role is a unique blend of three key aspects:

1. Investment Manager – You’ll lead the search for new opportunities and drive feasibility analyses.
2. Project Lead – You’ll take ownership of projects and guide them from concept to execution.
3. Growth Driver – You’ll help shape the future of Revive in Portugal, building a strong foundation for our expanding team.

Your role & responsibilities

Part 1: Investment Manager – Finding the right opportunities

• Actively source new project opportunities through networking, brokers, architects, online research, and direct outreach.
• Analyze leads, assess feasibility (legal, financial, commercial), and underwrite preliminary business plans with risk assessments.
• Lead investment proposals to Revive’s Investment Committee for approval.
• Manage the full due diligence process—legal, tax, and environmental risk assessments—with internal experts to ensure risk mitigation.
• Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure deals.
• Keep a strong project pipeline, from due diligence to investment proposals, ensuring a smooth acquisition process.

Part 2: Project Lead – Bringing projects to life

• Take ownership of project timing and budget, ensuring efficiency and financial viability.
• Steer the design and experience of projects to align with Revive’s vision and market needs.
• Oversee internal teams (Construction, Sales, Marketing) and external partners (architects, engineers) for smooth execution.
• Adapt business plans based on financial models and
  - time data insights to maintain targets.
• Conduct quarterly financial reviews with the Business Controller and Fund Manager.
• Provide strategic updates to the management team, reporting key risks and milestones.

Part 3: Growth Driver – Shaping Revive Portugal

• Act as the backbone for the team’s growth—helping recruit and mentor future hires.
• Establish efficient processes to scale operations and expand Revive’s impact in Portugal.
• Foster relationships with key industry players to build a strong market presence.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, project development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of feasibility assessments.
• Experience in negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with real estate project execution—you understand the development process from A to Z.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth in a new market.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Passion for sustainable real estate and a vision for shaping Portugal’s future.
