Responsibilities

1. Technical support (level 3) for applications developed in Java;
2. Participate in all phases of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem, Event and Change Management);
3. Analyze logs and debug code to identify issues in software, hardware, middleware, and integrations.
4. Implement changes and apply corrections to software systems.

Essential Skills

1. At least 4 years' experience in a similar role;
2. Proven experience in Java SE development;
3. Strong knowledge of protocols or device integrations in Linux and OSGI implementations (Apache Karaf);
4. Good knowledge of SOA architectures, DBMS, Postgre
   SQL, Oracle, Spring Framework, Hibernate, web services, SOAP and REST;
5. Good knowledge of English.
