About The Role

Our breakout project is a crypto wallet that combines
- gen security with a focus on making the complex and intimidating world of crypto simple and
- friendly.

In a short space of time, they have gained a lot of attention, being featured in 15 of the top 20 crypto news sites and even major Web2 publications such as Forbes and Money.com. This crypto wallet is set to take the market by storm, demonstrated by its massive user and revenue growth over the past 3 months.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Design Lead to join and lead a dynamic team of designers who are dedicated to one of the most exciting crypto wallets on the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web3 UI/UX design and experience leading a design team.

As the Design Lead for a specific product, you will be responsible for driving the design vision, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with the Head of Design and Product team to align design strategy with technical requirements, effectively communicating them to your team and ensuring they are considered within project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement
  - quality product design strategies that align with our brand, with a strong focus on
  - centric design principles.
• Create a
  - centered culture in the design team, ensuring UX research strategies support all design proposals.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve user experience, always striving for innovative solutions.
• Break down design briefs, plan, and select the best visual elements (colour, font, visual hierarchy, etc. ) to create cohesive, engaging, and highly usable product interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Researchers, and other teams to create seamless, engaging designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Create UX strategies to be implemented in ongoing tasks.
• Lead and manage a design team, allocating tasks based on team members' workload and design skills to ensure efficient project execution.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure smooth handoffs and a cohesive user experience.
• Clearly communicate design choices and solutions during internal reviews, ensuring alignment with the overall design strategy.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years of design experience, with proven experience in a lead or senior role, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working on a B2C mobile app.
• Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the group Head of Design.
• Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles, responsive design and best practices across different platforms, apps, websites and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Impressive UX design skills with a strong understanding of UI.
• Expert knowledge in design software, especially Figma (design and prototype).
