You will be responsible to:

1. Lead the design and development of innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing processes;
2. Oversee process engineering projects from concept to implementation;
3. Supervise the construction, installation, commissioning and qualification of the installations or equipment;
4. Assess and manage risks to ensure that the installations and equipment complies with all regulatory and legal requirements, while optimized in quality/cost ratio;
5. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to integrate new technologies;
6. Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
7. Perform the Conceptual, Basic and Detailed design of new installations or modifications to existing ones in compliance with the c
   GMP;
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations;
9. Participate in the user requirements specifications (URS) definition, understanding and supporting the user needs and contributing to achieve an URS adequate for the intended use;
10. Prepare and control the Project Budget and Project Timeline.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field;
2. Experience in process design within the pharmaceutical industry;
3. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e. g. , FDA, EMA);
4. Fluent English level;
5. Excellent
   - solving and analytical skills;
6. Strong leadership and project management abilities;
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a
   - oriented environment.
