Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design process by gathering requirements, planning, and ideating from the start of a project, ensuring solutions align with Neutron's vision.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the development workflow, streamline processes, and effectively involve stakeholders across the organisation.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other teams to ensure
  - quality implementations that prioritise usability and engagement.
• Help lead the technical roadmap for our products, championing iterative improvements in browser performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Provide feedback and iteration for design systems, empowering the entire organisation with a
  - class design experience.
• Advocate for and mentor other designers and engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Depth and quality of your experience are more important than years of experience, though successful candidates typically have at least 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills (React), application development experience, and excellent troubleshooting abilities. Other tools: Fullstory and Figma
• Skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, color, and illustration.
• A perfectionist’s approach to user experience, with a focus on polish, readability, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience working in or with Software as a Service (Saa
  S) or
  - based organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with marketing, design, and engineering teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and
  - driven mindset, thriving in a collaborative,
  - paced global environment.
